Senior Director, Data Sciences and Advanced Analytics

About the Role

This role involves leading a team of approximately 5 individuals to drive the data science objectives across early to late-phase drug development in a specific therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop novel approaches for integrating and visualizing complex datasets
• Apply computational methods for patient segmentation from clinical and omics data
• Deploy automated modeling processes at scale
• Build partnerships across R&D departments
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• PhD in quantitative field (Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, etc.)
• 10+ years post-graduate relevant experience
• Expertise in clinical trial data, observational research, and real-world data analysis
• Strong background in AI/ML/DL algorithms and core statistical methods
• Experience with oncology, neuroscience, and immunology disease areas
• Proficiency with imaging, genomics, and proteomics data
• Expert-level programming in R and Python
• NLP knowledge highly preferred
• Outstanding technical, communication, and leadership skills
