Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is recruiting for a Postdoctoral Data Science Oncology to be located at their office in either Spring House, PA; Titusville, NJ; or Cambridge, MA.
The successful candidate will work closely with experimental and clinical collaborators, applying cutting-edge statistical and machine-learning approaches to identify immune cell states, biomarkers, and mechanisms underlying response to cancer therapy. This position is ideal for a postdoc eager to translate complex data into biological insight and clinically relevant hypotheses.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive computational analyses of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets to characterize the tumor microenvironment in bladder cancer
- Apply advanced statistical and machine-learning methods to identify biomarkers, immune cell states, and biological mechanisms associated with BCG immunotherapy response
