Associate Manager, Statistical Genetics

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Manager of Statistical Genetics to join our team.

The Statistical Genetics team at Regeneron plays a key role in leveraging large-scale genetic data to drive drug discovery and development. This position will involve:

• Leading statistical genetics analyses using large biobank datasets
• Developing and applying methods for genetic association studies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including bioinformatics, genomics, and therapeutic areas
• Contributing to the identification and validation of drug targets
• Mentoring junior team members

Requirements

• PhD in Statistical Genetics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in statistical genetics
• Strong programming skills in R and/or Python
• Experience with GWAS, PheWAS, and genetic association methods
• Familiarity with UK Biobank or similar large-scale datasets
