Deputy Director - Senior Project Biostatistics Lead - Vaccines

This role involves leading biostatistical efforts for vaccine projects at the clinical development and post-marketing phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end clinical development strategies with cross-functional teams
• Ensure regulatory acceptance of statistical plans
• Oversee trial execution including data management and analyses
• Take charge of complex priority studies while mentoring team members
• Communicate trial results internally and externally to health authorities
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure statistical rigor throughout marketing authorization submissions
• Collaborate across departments on scientific interpretation and strategic planning

Requirements

• PhD or MS in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field
• Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Background in clinical development or post-marketing activities
• Advanced statistical knowledge and techniques proficiency
• Strong study management, interpersonal and communication skills
