Computational Scientist - Bioinformatician

This role focuses on developing computational strategies for antibody discovery, processing and analyzing next generation sequencing (NGS) data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop NGS analysis tools incorporating AI/ML models for hit selection
• Design bioinformatics pipelines for antibody and NANOBODY workflows
• Conduct protein structure-function analysis and engineering
• Lead computational biologics projects independently
• Collaborate cross-functionally with experimental teams
• Maintain active publication record

Requirements

• PhD with 3+ years relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years relevant experience
• NGS/sequencing data analysis and pipeline development
• Strong programming (Python, R) with Git and containerization experience
• Structural bioinformatics and protein engineering modeling
• Cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, Nextflow, Snakemake)
• Immunorepertoire analysis tools expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Biologics drug discovery experience
• Familiarity with protein characterization methods (DSC, DSF, SEC, SPR)
• AI/ML and protein language model application experience
• Scientific publications in relevant fields
