Computational Biologist / Expert I Data Science

Junior position focused on translating molecular data into cancer care breakthroughs through radioligand therapy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze high-dimensional biological data, apply machine learning to target identification, and present findings to scientific audiences.

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. in bioinformatics, computer science, or related field with 2+ years experience
• Proficiency in Python or R for bioinformatics applications
• Experience with UNIX/Linux
• Expertise processing omics datasets including transcriptomics and single-cell data
• Version control and reproducible workflow knowledge
• Strong English communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with biostatistics, machine learning, data visualization
• SQL and statistical modeling experience
• Deep learning tools knowledge
• Knowledge of cancer genomics, proteomics, or immuno-oncology
