Intern, Discovery Data Science (Proteomics Data Integration)

Internship in the Discovery Data Science department at Genmab, a biotechnology company focused on developing differentiated antibody therapeutics for cancer treatment.

This project focuses on proteomics data integration - combining and analyzing large-scale protein expression data to support drug discovery efforts. You will work with cutting-edge computational methods to integrate multi-omics datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and analyze proteomics datasets with other omics data types
• Develop computational pipelines for proteomics data processing
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to identify patterns
• Visualize complex multi-dimensional data
• Present findings to scientific teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Master's program in bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, or related field
• Programming skills in Python and/or R
• Experience with proteomics or multi-omics data analysis preferred
• Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning
• Interest in drug discovery and biotechnology
