Computational Biologist - Pharma Delivery

Orakl Oncology seeks a computational biologist to support partnership project delivery. The role involves working with the Computational Biology and Data Science teams to deliver in-depth analysis and studies for partners, interpreting results within biological and clinical contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute established analysis workflows on omics and clinical datasets, ensuring reproducibility and quality standards
• Build biological narratives connecting analytical findings to pathways and literature
• Create reports for scientific and non-technical audiences
• Coordinate with project managers and data science teams
• Present findings internally and externally
• Conduct feasibility analyses and proof-of-concept studies for prospects

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, engineering, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
• Hands-on omics data analysis experience from industry or translational research
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Ability to troubleshoot existing analysis pipelines
• English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharma, biotech, or CRO experience with client-facing delivery
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis tools
• Oncology project experience
• Track record delivering quality work under tight timelines
