Executive Director, Head of Clinical Data Analytics

Kardigan is a cardiovascular disease-focused biotech company led by founders from MyoKardia. The organization aims to make cardiovascular disease preventable and curable through multiple targeted treatments.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee data delivery and advanced insights, uniting statistical programming and data science functions
• Build a high-performing team and modernize the analytics infrastructure
• Bridge traditional SAS-based regulatory work with R-based data science
• Create real-time dashboards and own internal analytics platforms (R-Shiny, Spotfire)
• Ensure regulatory quality for submissions (SDTM, ADaM, TFLs)

Requirements

• M.S. in Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
• 12+ years in Biometrics/Clinical Analytics with 5+ years in leadership at biotech/pharma
• Deep cardiovascular trial expertise
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools
• FDA/EMA regulatory submission experience
• Strong team-building and communication skills

Travel: Up to 20-30% domestic and international travel required
