Principal Scientist - Quantitative Translational Scientist

Regeneron's Precision Medicine Quantitative Biomarker team seeks a Principal Scientist focused on oncology biomarker strategy. The role involves exploratory analyses and visualization of omics, EHR, wearable sensor, imaging, and other biomarker data.

Key Responsibilities

• Set quantitative strategies for oncology biomarker programs
• Translate objectives into analytical roadmaps
• Architect multi-modal dataset analyses
• Oversee statistical frameworks and workflows
• Perform exploratory analyses and visualization of omics, EHR, wearable sensor, imaging, and biomarker data

Required Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years or Master's with 5+ years in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Analytics, or Biostatistics
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data integration
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Linux/shell scripting expertise
• Structured data and systems integration knowledge
• Clinical trials understanding beneficial

Salary: $128,600 - $210,000 annually
