Deputy Director - Senior Project Biostatistics Lead - Vaccines

Sanofi seeks a Deputy Director / Senior Project Biostatistics Lead for their Vaccines division. This is a lead biostatistician role for vaccine projects in clinical development and post-marketing stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clinical development plans and ensure health authority acceptance
• Oversee trial execution and statistical aspects of clinical studies
• Mentor team members and provide biostatistics leadership
• Communicate results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Manage statistical aspects of regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical experience
• Proven experience in clinical development, post-marketing activities, submissions, or regulatory agency interactions
• Advanced statistical knowledge and techniques
• Strong study management, interpersonal, and communication skills

Salary: $148,500 - $214,500
