Associate Director, Neuroscience Data Strategy

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Neuroscience Data Strategy to join their team in Europe.

This role is integral to building out, evolving, and upgrading J&J's approach to delivering insights and analytics capabilities within the Innovative Medicine organization, with a focus on Neuroscience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy initiatives for the Neuroscience therapeutic area
• Drive insights and analytics capabilities development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven decision making
• Support advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML solutions

Requirements

• Strong background in data strategy and management
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Knowledge of neuroscience drug development preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
