Principal Scientist, Data Science - Real World Evidence (RWE)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D Data Science and Digital Health is recruiting for a Principal Scientist, Data Science in Real World Evidence (RWE).

Research and development areas encompass oncology, immunology, neuroscience, cardiopulmonary and specialty ophthalmology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute studies using real-world healthcare data
• Lead RWE analytics projects across therapeutic areas
• Develop best practices and mentor team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field (epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics)
• 2+ years for PhD, 4+ years for Master's within biopharma, RWE consulting, or healthcare industries
• Experience with real-world healthcare data (claims, EHRs, registries)
• Expert proficiency in R or Python, as well as SQL
