About This Role:
As a Principal Scientist in Biomarker Data Sciences within the Clinical Biomarkers group at the West Coast Hub, you will lead the charge in multi-omics analyses of extensive clinical trial datasets, with a particular focus on NGS and proteomics. This role is pivotal in generating biological insights that will directly inform clinical development strategies. You will be advancing the understanding of CD38 immune cell–driven biology, collaborating closely with clinical teams, biostatistics, medical affairs, and key medical experts. Your ability to translate complex data into impactful insights will bring immense value to our business, ensuring our developments are both innovative and effective. With a seat at the heart of our operations, you will contribute strategically to our clinical biomarker initiatives, aligning closely with our overarching business goals.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead and execute integrative multi-omics analyses from large clinical cohorts.
· Translate complex NGS and proteomics data into actionable biological and clinical insights.
· Partner closely with clinical teams, medical experts, biostatistics, and medical affairs to address critical clinical trial questions.
· Contribute to biomarker strategy, exploratory endpoints, and interpretation of clinical trial results.
· Communicate findings clearly and effectively to cross-functional, clinical, and scientific stakeholders.

Required Skills:
· PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Immunology, or a related field.
· 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
· Hands-on experience analyzing NGS and/or proteomics data from large clinical datasets.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Skills:
· Relevant postdoctoral training.
· Background in immunology and/or autoimmune disease biology.
· Experience supporting biomarker discovery and mechanism-of-action studies in clinical trials.
Additional Information
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
