Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Scientist, Biostatistics to provide statistical services including analysis, interpretation, design, and reporting or communication of data evidence for research, development, and marketed products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced statistical expertise grounded in principles and applied experience
  • Apply high-quality statistical methodology independently or through delegation to programming colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, regulatory guidance, and data integrity standards
  • Support pharmaceutical research and development including experimental design and analysis planning
  • Maintain effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAS or R programming

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Statistics or related field with 0-2 years relevant experience, OR Master's degree in Statistics with commensurate experience
  • Basic knowledge of SAS or R programming
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Salary range: $109,000 - $174,800 (base). Locations: Spring House, PA / Raritan, NJ / Titusville, NJ (hybrid). Posting closes June 16, 2026.
