Job Description

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead design, analysis, and interpretation of exploratory data analyses, scientific publications, real-world evidence (RWE), post-marketing research, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies for their RAS-targeted oncology pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statistical design and analysis for exploratory data analyses using clinical trial data and real-world data studies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs
  • Apply statistical methodologies including survival analysis, machine learning, and causal inference
  • Contribute to analysis plans and interpretation of results under senior leadership guidance
  • Oversee statistical deliverables from internal programmers or external vendors

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or M.S. in Statistics/Biostatistics
  • Minimum 5 years (Ph.D.) or 8 years (M.S.) biotech/pharma industry experience as a statistician
  • Solid knowledge of oncology statistical methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in exploratory oncology trial analysis
  • Proficiency in SAS and/or R
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real-world data and health economics research in oncology
  • Familiarity with machine learning or advanced modeling approaches for biomedical data

Compensation: $186,000 - $233,000 USD. Work arrangement: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA headquarters).
