Executive Director, Biostatistics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statistical methodology initiatives to enhance the company's drug development portfolio
• Oversee quantitative methods across programs, emphasizing efficiency and innovation
• Serve as subject matter expert for biostatistics processes, SOPs, and analytical tools
• Support clinical development, post-marketing studies, and real-world evidence analyses
• Design innovative trial approaches in complex environments
• Represent the organization in industry, academic, and regulatory forums

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience
• Expert-level statistical methodology knowledge
• Team leadership experience with high-performing groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Executive presence and emotional intelligence
